1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

2. Booking Process

To book an escape room experience with Escapomania, you must adhere to our booking process, which includes selecting a game, providing necessary personal information, completing payment, and agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy.

Once booked, participants agree to arrive on time for their scheduled game and abide by the rules and instructions provided by our staff.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants in Escapomania’s escape room experiences are responsible for following instructions provided by our staff, respecting the property and equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines at all times during the game.

• Teams consisting of 2 to 8 members (depending on the game) can participate in our escape room game.
• Teams will arrive at the reserved date, time, and location. Participants understand and accept that in case of no-show, delays or arrival at the wrong location, their booking might not be honored and no refund will be issued.
• Participants will receive a brief introduction to the game and the conduct rules inside the rooms. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the game being interrupted without reimbursement.
• The games are based on the use of intelligence, logic, and intuition. The use of force is never necessary. Game scenarios have been developed considering all necessary precautions: the games do not contain harmful or damaging elements for participants. Any damage caused to the rooms or objects inside them will be attributed to the participating team that caused it. Game solutions do not involve altering decorations, furniture, surveillance installations, sound, lighting, or electrical systems.
• Participants must not engage in any behavior that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of themselves or others, including but not limited to running, jumping, climbing, or tampering with props or equipment.
• Access to the game under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotics is not permitted. In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or immediately interrupt the game without reimbursement. Bringing alcoholic beverages or narcotics inside Escapomania is also prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Escapomania.
• Participants understand and accept that during the game, they will be monitored by surveillance cameras placed inside the escape rooms for the proper functioning of the game. Escapomania will not take any photos or record videos at any time during the game.
• Individuals suffering from claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, heart diseases, or other conditions that might be incompatible with the game are advised not to participate. If a participant with any of these conditions decides to participate in the game, they do so at their own risk. Escapomania does not assume responsibility for the participation of such individuals in the game.
• Participants understand and accept the intellectual property and confidentiality of the game. It will not be made public (partially or entirely) by the participants. Recording videos or taking photos inside the escape room rooms is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate interruption of the game by the organizers without reimbursement. Non-compliance with this rule will result in legal action against the person(s) disclosing confidential information.

This regulation represents the terms and conditions of use for the website www.escapomania.ro. Any reservation placed on this site must comply with this regulation and the applicable legislation in force.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Escapomania website, including logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by Escapomania and may not be used without permission. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from Escapomania.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our participants, Escapomania disclaims liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our escape room experiences, except where such incidents result from our negligence. Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in escape room activities.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We collect personal information from participants for the purpose of facilitating bookings and providing a personalized experience. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.

7. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Escapomania harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services, including but not limited to any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to reimburse Escapomania for any damages or losses incurred as a result of their actions or behavior during the escape room experience.

8. Changes to Terms

Escapomania reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
